Wednesday, December 4th, 1968 - 264 people are arrested at a military induction center in New York City during a War Resisters League civil disobedience action.
Thursday, December 5th, 1968 - Stand-up comedian Margaret Cho is born in San Francisco, California.
Friday, December 6th, 1968 - The Rolling Stones' classic album "Beggar's Banquet" is released. Although it was orginally scheduled to be released in July, controversy over the album's cover (depicting a graffiti-covered bathroom) forces the Stones to release it with a simple white cover instead.
