Wednesday, July 10th, 1968 - Dr. Benjamin Spock and three other defendants are sentenced to two yerars in Federal prison for antidraft conspiracy. Execution of the sentence is waived pending appeal.
Thursday, July 11th, 1968 - The rock group The Doors release their third album "Waiting For the Sun", which features their number one hit single "Hello, I Love You".
